Prices do not include government fees, taxes, finance charges, dealer document processing charges, electronic filing charges, emission testing charges, or any other charges required by California law. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing, photographs, equipment, or specifications may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any transaction resulting from an error. All advertised offers are subject to credit approval and dealer participation.

Any credit-related communication issued through the Site or related campaigns is subject to verification of identity, income, employment, and other information you provide, as well as a review of your credit by the lender. No communication on this Site constitutes a guarantee of credit, financing terms, or vehicle delivery.

The Honda name, logo, and model names are trademarks of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., used by authorized Honda dealers. By submitting any content to the Site (including form submissions, reviews, or messages), you grant Metro Honda a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for any business purpose, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including online chat, scheduling, financing, and advertising tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to those parties' terms and privacy policies.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL METRO HONDA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metro Honda and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this Section limits your right to bring an action in small claims court.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Metro Honda regarding your use of the Site.
